This cancellation policy for ROAM 30A LLC (doing business as ROAM) (“ROAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes our terms and conditions in the event that a subscription and/or scheduled session is canceled within the Application:
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the Application and accessing your account Profile, then choosing Subscriptions. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at contactus@roamyourbestlife.com
Access to the Application Post Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, Subscribers will retain access to the Application and its features until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Fees and Refund Terms and Conditions:
ROAM does not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid, except as required by applicable law.
Amendments to the Policy:
ROAM reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Users (Members and Service Partners) will be notified of any material changes, and their continued use of the Application after such notification will constitute acceptance of the modified Policy.
By utilizing the Application to schedule sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Cancellation Policy.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your scheduled session (appointment) at any time by logging into the Application and accessing the session details and following the designated cancellation process provided within the Application. General Terms and Conditions:
Members are responsible for initiating the cancellation process within a reasonable timeframe to allow Service Partners sufficient notice.
Members understand that cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation policy set by the terms outlined in this Policy.
Time Frame Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation Fee (Greater than 24 Hours): Cancellations performed greater than 24 hours prior to the booking scheduled date and time will not result in a charge and a full refund will be performed, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellation Fee ( Less Than 24 Hours): Cancellations performed within 24 hours prior to the booking scheduled date and time will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Members understand that failure to cancel a booking within the designated cancellation timeframe or failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in the full charge for the booked Service.
Fees and Refund Terms and Conditions:
The cancellation policy and associated fees for each session will be clearly communicated to Members prior to confirming the booking within the Application.
Members may be entitled to a refund of any pre-paid amounts in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
No-Show Terms and Conditions:
Members are expected to attend their booked sessions at the scheduled time. Failure to show up without prior cancellation through the Application may be considered a “no-show.”
Members understand that if they “no-show” a booked appointment, it may result in the full charge for the booked Service.
Service Partner Terms and Conditions:
In rare circumstances, a Service Partner may need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
Service Partners are responsible for making reasonable efforts to notify Members of any such cancellations and assist in finding an alternative arrangement, if available.
ROAM (ROAM 30A LLC) is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by Service Partner cancellations beyond facilitating the search for alternative arrangements of another Service Partner.
